HT-02 marine covering coat is a new product which was recently developed by our company, the base material of the product is epoxy resin, the auxiliary materials are abrasion-resisting fillers and other assistant agents, via reasonable blending, and manufactured the marine covering coat which having high performance, chemically curing and self-leveling.
HT-02 marine covering coat can be coated onto the surfaces of cement concrete, steel plates and woods, and forms the gloss or sub-gloss ground. It has characteristics of comfortable for walking, surface flexible, colorful, antiskid and abrasion-resistant, waterproof, acid-proof and alkali-resistant and good adhesion. It is applicable for use in industrial grounds, all kinds of ship decks, building grounds and the testing places which need high requirements.

| 三．Application Method: |
3.1 Base preparation prior to application
The surface should be flat, the dusts on the face covering, rusts on the steel decks and all the oils and other impurities on the covering surface or steel decks shall be completely removed. The obvious roughness on the surface of the covering must be flattened by abrading or repaired to be flat using the same covering, and make the base surfaces clean and dry.
3.2 Ratio of component
A component : B component = 3:1; (A component + B component) : C component = 1:1
3.3 Firstly stir A component and B component evenly in agitating barrel according to the specified ratio of having fillers, and then add C component into the above mixture of A and B components, and mixing them, when they are a even slurry, it should be put into application.
3.4 Pour the mixed material onto the clean base surface, striking off the material evenly with trowel or scratch board, the thickness of application should be about 1.5mm.
3.5 After the base material cured, the overlap which formed by striking off shall be flattened by grinding and repaired by the same material, and remove the obvious defects.
3.6 Stir A component and B component evenly in agitating barrel according to the specified ratio of having no fillers, and then applied two coats onto the cured base layer by brush painting.
3.7 After each coat applied, the maintenance should be carried out according to the overcoat time, the next process should be executed until the material is completely cured.

| 五．Attentions |
5.1 The curing time should be changed with the environment temperature changes. The heat preservation measurement in summer and anti-freezing measurement in winter should be made, and the application period should be controlled.
5.2 The application should be strictly forbidden in wet base and high humidity condition. The water fog will affect the adhesion and bring about the poor air-bubbles generation.
5.3 It should not be contacted with alkyd coating during the application.
5.4 The perfect curing period of the product should be 5 days. Before the product cured, it is forbidden the objects collision and towing, so as to avoid forming scuffs.
5.5 The product should be stored in the ventilation warehouse. The grantee period of product is one year.
